Australian Accommodation Property Trust No 1 (AAPT No 1)

The Australian Accommodation Property Trust No 1 (AAPT No 1) is a multiple asset unregistered unit trust established to invest in passive investments of accommodation establishments. Properties have been acquired with a mix of an AAPG cornerstone investment, existing contacts and bank finance. Unit holders receive monthly distributions.

AAPT No 1 owns Karinga Motel (Lismore, NSW) and Chinchilla Tourist Park (Chinchilla, QLD). AAPT No 1 also has an investment in the Emerald Explorers Inn through its 30% holding in the AAPT No 3 trust.

Previous properties owned have included the Geelong Motor Inn & Apartments (Geelong, Vic), Parkwood Motel (Geelong, Vic), Albury Burvale Motor Inn (Albury, NSW), Victoria Lodge Motor Inn & Apartments (Portland, Vic) and Warragul Views Motor Inn (Warragul, Vic). Future property purchases will be considered subject to meeting AAPT No 1’s investment criteria.

This Trust is currently closed for investment.
